  • Changing your life takes patience, commitment and an open mind to dig deep and explore what is working and what isn’t working in your life. Most of all though, it only takes ONE decision where you say YES to YOU and start the journey.

    You can most certainly work through everything by yourself. However, if you really want to create a life that is fulfilling and achieve the results you want, I highly recommend engaging a coach to support you on this journey. This is exactly what I did and now I am living a life I thought was only a dream.

  • Participate and make time for your own development. You can bring materials to the sessions which may be useful to talk through. During a session, we will agree on some tasks for you to do before the next session, e.g. journalling, observing your actions/behaviours, reading, etc.

  • Various coaching/mentoring packages are available based on what your needs are. They start from a 1/2 day strategy session to a 12 month program. Book in a free consultation to find out more.

  • Sessions can be held in person or online depending on where you are located.

  • We usually meet weekly or fortnightly in the first instance and then adjust the timing of sessions depending on where you are at and what you want to achieve.

  • Sessions are usually 90 minutes, however, this can be adjusted based on your schedule.

  • These projects are bespoke and tailored to an organisation’s needs and can cover topics including:

    • Reviewing your employee experience processes

    • Planning and mid-year reviews

    • Redesigning your team culture

    • Resetting the team’s goals

    • Communicating expectations and what success looks like
